By downloading, installing, or using Tamil Movie Wars ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tamil Movie Wars is an entertainment app that allows users to:

• Vote on movie matchups ("battles") to determine favorites
• View movie information and rankings
• Earn and spend virtual coins for voting
• Participate in referral programs
• View leaderboards and statistics

3. User Accounts

Guest Accounts

• You may use the App as a guest without providing personal information
• Guest account data is tied to your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App or change devices
• You can convert a guest account to a registered account at any time

Registered Accounts (Google Sign-In)

• You may register using your Google account
• Registered accounts sync across devices
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You must provide accurate information during registration

4. Virtual Coins

• Coins are virtual currency used only within the App for voting
• Coins can be earned through daily bonuses, referrals, and watching advertisements
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to modify coin values, earning rates, and costs at any time
• Coin balances may be reset or adjusted to maintain fair gameplay
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the coin system may result in account termination

5. Referral Program

• Users may invite others using their unique referral code
• Referral bonuses are awarded when referred users complete qualifying actions
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke fraudulently obtained referral bonuses
• Referral program terms may change at any time

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the App
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the App
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• Movie information and images are provided by TMDB (The Movie Database)
• The App name, logo, and design are proprietary to Tamil Movie Wars
• User-generated content (votes, preferences) may be used to improve the service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content

8. Advertisements

• The App displays advertisements from third-party ad networks
• Ad content is provided by advertisers, not Tamil Movie Wars
• Watching ads may be required to earn bonus coins
• We are not responsible for third-party ad content or linked websites

9. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical issues
• Movie rankings and results are for entertainment purposes only
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamil Movie Wars and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the coin or referral system
• Harass other users or our staff
